Washhouse.my provides go-to, on-demand premium laundry service – right to your doorstep! Have your dirty laundry (clothing, bedding, household items) picked up, professionally cleaned and delivered to you in as little as 24 hours!
HOW TO ORDER
1. Let us know us where and when you would like your laundry picked up. (Click Book Online to schedule your pickup now or later)
2. Our team will get in touch with you to through your preferred channel to confirm your booking details.
3. Our reliable valets will drop in at said time and location to collect your laundry, have them cleaned and get it back to you in no time at all!
CAN I CHANGE THE PICKUP/DELIVERY TIME?
Of course! You may change your pick-up/delivery time up to 1 hour before scheduled time. Cancellations are also possible up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Just give us a call or drop us a message (SMS/WhatsApp) at +6014 672 0201.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes. Our minimum spend for standard delivery is RM15 per order. The minimum order for express service is RM30.
HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MUCH MY ORDER COSTS?
Once your item reaches our facility, it will be weighed/counted. We will send you an invoice (via email) within 24 hours.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept cash on delivery, bank online transfer & credit card online payment. We love cashless payment. We also accept e-wallet payment such as Touch'n'go, Boost pay and Jompay. Please give us a remark if you would love to pay with e-wallet. Visit How to pay for more payment method details.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Typically, your Wash and Fold & Wash and Press items will be ready in 1-2 days and Dry-Clean items will be ready in 2-3 days after we pick them up. We do have express service if you want us to return them quicker.
Household items such as carpets, duvets and curtains may require more time to get them ready.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT LISTED IN THE PRICE LIST?
Don't worry. Just contact us, preferably by providing a picture via WhatsApp at +6014 672 0201 or email to enquiry@washhouse.my and we will try to accommodate your laundry needs. Rest assured, we have handled mascot costumes, larger-than-normal soft toys and plenty-plenty function baby carriers... so do give us a try!
STAINS? CAN YOU REMOVE IT?
We will try our best to try to get that stain out of your garment, but we can’t guarantee that it’s always successful. We will surely be in touch with you before using harsh chemicals on your precious items.
